Why flat fee matters

Most PPC agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, typically 10% to 20%. The structural problem is that they get paid more when you spend more, regardless of whether that spend is profitable. We've worked alongside enough percent-of-spend shops to see what that does to client accounts over a couple of years.

Our flat fee means we're free to recommend pausing campaigns that aren't working, cutting keywords that don't convert, and shifting budget out of paid into organic when that's what the data says. The incentive is aligned with your ROI, not our top line.

What's included

  • Initial campaign audit or build: existing accounts are audited end to end. New accounts are built from scratch with proper conversion tracking, account structure, and tracking infrastructure.
  • Keyword research and targeting: search and display networks, including remarketing audiences and content network placements.
  • Account structure: built to test multiple themes and verticals, and to grow and scale as we learn what works.
  • Bid management: initial bids set against estimated conversion value and target CPA. Adjustments based on actual performance.
  • Ad copy creation and testing: at least two ad variations per ad group, tested continually. Losing ads killed, new variations rolled out.
  • Display and remarketing: image ads created in standard formats as needed for remarketing and content network targeting.
  • Landing page recommendations: we don't typically build the landing pages, but we provide optimization recommendations, ensure proper conversion tracking, and can recommend a partner if you don't have a designer in-house.

Reporting and consulting

  • Monthly performance reports: account health, conversion metrics, spend efficiency, and clear strategic observations
  • Monthly strategy call: review performance, discuss priorities, address questions, align on direction
  • Ongoing consulting: responsive support for questions and emails as they come up, plus proactive guidance on Google Ads changes as they roll out
