About the grader.
What does "ready for modern search" actually mean?
It means the page is built for how people find answers now: classic on-page SEO, plus the signals that get a page cited in AI Overviews and AI chat answers. That's direct-answer passages, real E-E-A-T, accurate sourced stats and clean technical foundations. The grader scores all of it in one pass.
What's the difference between paste mode and URL mode?
Paste mode grades the copy: fact-check risk, experience signals, answer structure. URL mode grades the whole page, because the title tag, meta description, schema, author byline and link counts only exist in the live HTML. For the full grade, use a URL.
Does it verify my stats are true?
No. It flags claims by how risky they look, the same engine as our fact checker. A stat with no cited source gets flagged because that's where fabricated numbers hide. Confirming a number means opening the original source, which is human work. Our done-for-you service does that part.
Is my content stored anywhere?
No. The analysis runs in your browser. When you check a URL, our server fetches that page once to hand the text and tags back to your browser, and nothing is logged or saved.
How is the grade calculated?
Each of the five categories starts at 100 and loses points for each issue, weighted by how much it costs the page. The overall grade is a weighted blend, with AI citation readiness and fact-check liability carrying the most weight. It's a relative signal of how much work a page needs, not a guarantee of rankings.
